(f). The lessees to form to such levels as the Director

of Public Works may require, within 3 years from the date mentioned in (c), a 10-foot width of the area shown coloured green on plan along the bounda- -ry of the Company's premises.

(g). The lessees will not be allowed to utilise the

area coloured green for the purpose of storage or the erection of any temporary buildings without the consent of the Director of Public Works first having been obtained.

(h). The lessees to pay the sum of 86.25 for each

boundary stone required to define the lot, also the cost of removing, refiring and cutting any existing boundary stones, the stones will be supplied and

fixed by the Director of Public Works.

(j). The lessees to take up the new Crown Lease of the lot when called upon to do so by the Land Officer

and to pay him the sum of $30.00 for the same.

(k). The exact boundaries of the lot to be determined

before the issue of the new Crow Lease. In the

event of any excess or deficiency in area being found to exist as compared with the area stated in

these conditions, the amount to be paid by or to

be refunded to the lessees in respect of such

excess or deficiency will be calculated at the rate

of 30 cents per square foot. Crow Rent will be

adjusted at the rate of $350.00 per acre per annum.

As the Company desire to obtain possession of

the area as early as possible I should be glad if Your Lord-

-ship's decision may be conveyed by telegraph.
